Brut Nature
This exceptional 2015 vintage crémant rested 42 months on latte.
These are 1000 unique bottles that we have chosen not to dose in order to offer you the excellence of the Château de Bioul in the Brut state!
Brut de Bioul
A sparkling silver color, delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits and always that great finesse that characterizes the wines of Château de Bioul.
Brut des Houillères
Her robe of a pretty salmon pink is studded with fine bubbles. The delicately scented nose is dominated by red fruits: strawberries and cherries. In the mouth, liveliness and roundness find their right balance.
Everything will be accompanied by a few bites carefully matched to the different wines.
