Special feature
The honey is harvested without chemical repellent or smoke. The bees are gently chased away and no parasitic odours contaminate the honey.
This is then extracted by centrifugation. It is then packaged by hand in glass jars (500 gr).

Golden, clear, creamy or hard, it is all the flavour of our region, the taste of the terroirs of the forged flowers. A lush cocktail of plain flowers, subtlety of wild flowers. To discover!
