Our first red wine

Special feature

First red wine of Château de Bioul, its colour is of a pretty ruby colour. On a vein of carboniferous shale, in the very centre of the village of Bioul, it benefited from a beautiful exposure.

It goes well with poultry and roasted meat, game and cheese. Serve it also with a red fruit and chocolate dessert.

Tasting session

On the nose, red fruits dominate and are followed by notes typical of schist wines (mineral, smoky). In the mouth, the acidity is well balanced. A gourmet wine to be enjoyed without delay.
